Hi, I'm David!
I am a Colombian architect and notebook artist based between Barcelona and my hometown of Ibagué. My artistic journey is deeply rooted in my passion for observing and capturing the world around me. Since the early 1990s, sketching has been an integral part of my creative process, initially as a way to study architecture and later as a means of personal expression. Over the years, my sketchbooks have become a visual diary of my experiences, documenting everyday objects, urban landscapes, and intimate moments. This practice evolved into a lifelong commitment, culminating in projects like One Day One Drawing and my book Pen and Ink, Drawing Techniques.
